GORILLA TOUR TO ETRUSCAN COAST
28 of the troop went out to the Tuscan coast, an hour south of Pisa, for 4 days of excellent cycling, food and fun. The weather and the camaraderie were fantastic. A big thank you to Stuart John Bulloch for organising the destination, and hotel, and to John Ramsden for sorting the hire bikes for those that needed them. The only question now is, where to go next year..
GORILLA HILL CLIMB
It is the Gorilla Hill Climb this weekend - 17th/18th October - there are 4 options ( Clewshaw rd, Lea End Lane, Ickneild Street , or all 3 ) - this is a FUN Strava timed event , so you can take part any time over the weekend, and the Strava segments are in the events section of the website - you will need to sign up by Friday evening ( again on the website) to determine which route you are entering. We will be having rides going out on Sunday that take in all climbs.
GORILLA RACING
Congratulations to Scott Hamblett who came 39/106 at the Snake Pass Hill climb last weekend in 14;44. Chapeau.
TOMMY GODWIN CHALLENGE
