WHAT'S BEEN HAPPENING IN THE MONKEY HOUSE?
GORILLA ZWIFT
It's the last Gorilla Zwift session of the season on Wednesday at 6.30pm. This will be the 14th session we've put on - mostly have been hosted by Eugene Vichare ( a big thank you to him), and 24 different people have ridden the sessions. This week it is the Neokyo all-nighter 24.6km circuit. The band is on as normal to keep us all together . Head over to the Zwift companion app, and book on via the Gorilla Cycling Club section.
GORILLA ENDURANCE
Neil Cocklin is back out riding the Audax's for a new session, last Sunday it was 212km of Alfred's Goat ( around Bristol, Bath and Wells) , and next Saturday 28th he'll be riding the Gorilla 200 Club's February offering led by Sam Maybee and Rob Garratt , a 100 mile trip down to the Cotswolds. There is also a 60 mile option led by Helen Pike if you don't fancy being out for so long. Book on via the website as normal.
GORILLA STRENGTH AND CONDITIONING SESSION
We had the first S&C session with Achieve Functional Fitness last Wednesday - a well attended great success by all accounts. A practical gym session that teaches you to train key muscles, improving single leg control and power, showing you how to build bike specific strength. We have another session on Wednesday 18th March 7.30-9pm, £15/person - it will be similar, BUT DIFFERENT to the first session, so if you're interested book on here.

The nonsense that is the Gorilla Quiz is this Friday 7pm upstairs at Hare & Hounds V2 , you've still time to enter a team via the link in the quiz details of the events sectiom of the website.
We need all teams to be entered by Thursday so we can buy the "supplies"!
