WHAT'S BEEN HAPPENING IN THE MONKEY HOUSE?
GORILLA CLUB KIT
The club kit shop is open again from now until the end of September , selling all previous kit we have developed with GearClub - s/s jersey, gilets, buffs, arm warmers, l/s spring jersey, and now with a new new heavier weight roubaix style l/s jersey - as example of which will be around for you to see the fabric on Thursday after the rides ( sleeve length is being shorted by 5cm, so ignore that). The body fit of the garments as as previous Gorilla Cycling club kit so if you're not sure ask someone of similar size what they bought previously.
If you wish to buy anything head over to https://shop.gearclub.co.uk/clubshop , and use club login 22205.
Lead times are approximately 6 weeks after window closes on 30th September, and kit will be delivered to me to distribute to save on shipping costs.
GORILLA ENDURANCE
Steve Lawson is on his big adventure cycling 1000 miles across England, Spain and France - cycling Birmingham to Portsmouth , getting the ferry to Bilbao, then cycling back. As i write this he's already done 264km and is now on the ferry, resting up and preparing for the big ride home.
He's doing all this for charity so head over to his fundraising page to give him a boost - https://justgiving.com/page/dr-steve-bike-project-adventure
Neil Cocklin unfortunately had to curtail his 1200km Inverness trip after "only" 385km. because of food poisoning . Unlucky mate that's still a bloody long way!
