WHAT'S BEEN HAPPENING IN THE MONKEY HOUSE?
GORILLA SPRING CLASSIC
The Spring Classic organised by Stuart John Bulloch was a great success this weekend, with 12 teams battling the wind over 2 days on a great new route down to the Lenches. Stu will be studying times ( ridden and stopped) and will be letting us all know how everyone got on in due course, but in the meantime a big thanks and congratulations to everyone that took part.
GORILLA TREASURE HUNT
After the success of the Spring Classic, the next event on the cycling Gorilla calendar is the Gorilla Treasure Hunt (formerly the Easter Egg Hunt) - the next actual event on the Gorilla calendar is tomorrow ( Tuesday 31st) - the Dr Sarah Ruggins talk - which is SOLD OUT!
Working in teams for the Treasure Hunt , head out to collect as many points as you can by completing Challenges, riding Parcours (segments) and visiting Places within the 2.5hr time limit.
Rob Garratt will release the Challenges, Parcours and Places (and corresponding points) the week before so that you can plan your route as a team. This can be completed anytime from Friday to Sunday and we will do a mass start at 9am on the Sunday 12th, with prize giving at midday-ish at the H&H (we sat outside in the sunshine last year ). Sign-up sheet below, any questions please do not hesitate to ask!
