GORILLA RACING

On Tuesday Paul Astin won the BMC in two wheels we trust Time Trial on the K1/10k course - starting in Knowle - in a time of 23;32 .

Bruno came 3rd overall ( 2nd road bike), and Neil Cocklin won his age category. This TT happens most Tuesdays, sign on 6.15-6.45pm at Knowle village hall, first person off at 7.01 if you fancy giving time trialling a go it is a good starter event.

The entries are now open for the Mallory Park 3 up TTT on Monday 30th June. Check out the Rugby Racing Cycling Club website and bookings page for all details.

GORILLA ENDURANCE

Whist this years Grand Day Out hasn't yet taken place - it's on 28th June - check out the event section of this website for further details - Neil Cocklin has been reconning a route for next year (209km, 2200m elevation down towards Milton Keynes ). Good work fella.
