WHAT'S BEEN HAPPENING IN THE MONKEY HOUSE?

GORILLA ANNUAL MIGRATION

The annual Gorilla trip away this year was to Monchique, in the Portuguese Algarve and by all accounts was a stunning success. 20 of the troop enjoying the sun , hills and taverns. A big thank you to Stuart John Bulloch for organising another great trip.

GORILLA RACING

It was the NATIONAL Hill Climb championships yesterday , held in Matlock. Jack Morrie Evans came 83rd in a time of 2:58, and Scott Hamblett came 76th ( in his 20th hill climb of the season). Well done to you both, amazing effort - if you want to see Mathew Mitchell photos of the event either check out our Instagram or the GCC social chat on our Whats app community.

There was also round 7 of the @westmidlandscyclocrossleague on Sunday in Malvern with Chris Mapp taking 4th in the V40 category. Chapeau.

CLUB AGM

The first club AGM will be on Friday 14th November ( before the awards) at Kings Heath Cricket club, with a free drink on the club for all attendees. All the roles will obviously be up for re-election, so if you wish to be involved on the club committee , to have a say in how the club is run and which direction you would like it to take, then now is your chance. Full details on how to put yourself up for election, voting and procedures will follow over the coming week.
